Our Founder, Chris Boswell redefined the business of The Dubai Luxury Market, Brokering the 1st/7th & 16th Highest recorded Top 20 Sales since 2008. Chris is an extremely effective luxury broker with an enviable record having sold the highest amount of high value Dubai, Palm Jumeirah waterfront property since starting his career over a decade ago, in one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets.

FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
CHRIS MITCHELL BOSWELL

Closing 163 Secondary and 104 Off-Plan real estate deals since starting his real estate career back in 2006, Chris began to build a vast database of international high net worth clientele. In 2007 Chris sold over 65 Dubai, Palm Jebel Ali off plan properties to a Hong Kong based consortium including closing 35 individual Palm Jumeirah villa sales that same year.

In 2008 Chris closed a record US$20million beachfront estate and a US$7m Water Villa on Nurai Island, Abu Dhabi.

Continuing on through the 2008 downturn, Chris continued to set further record transaction's, selling 36 luxury waterfront apartments in Palm Jumeirah Oceana and Tiara condominium luxury residences to one Switzerland based investor. 

In 2011 Chris was instrumental in negotiating a deal on an US$18.8m residential building in the 16th arrondissement, Rue de Lubeck, Paris.   

Chris has brokered dozens of notable and publicised transactions including, a US$16m luxury urban beachfront villa on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, a US$7.9m Emirates Hills luxury lakefront villa, a US$4.95m 5,500 sq.ft Garden villa on Palm Jumeirah, The highest amount ever paid per square foot.

In 2015 Chris completed two further record, highly publicised sales, the first being a 15,000 sq.ft Palm Island Contemporary Waterfront Signature villa for US$19.5m, the most amount ever paid for a Signature Villa property and a US$55million Palm Jumeirah Beachfront Palace, the most amount ever paid for a single Dubai residential property. 

In 2017, Chris returned to the UK with his Family and founded CBLR Group Limited

Samantha started her career in 2006 working for Dubai’s Premier real estate agency, Ocean View Real Estate.
After a short time, Samantha earned herself the reputation of the, “Go to Leasing Agent” For high value Palm Jumierah and Emirates Hills rental properties. With an impressive record of high end rental deals under her belt, Samantha became one of Dubai’s most successful rental agents. Back in the UK, Samantha handles all leasing enquires for CBLR domestically and international.
